Founder

Mattia Lorenzo Gallino

LL.M. · EU AI law · International Tax · Maastricht

Mattia Lorenzo Gallino founded Khairos AI Comply after seeing the same pattern across European SMEs: a major new regulation (the EU AI Act) hitting companies that had no practical guidance, only legal jargon and consultancy hourly rates.

With dual EU law degrees and a Master of Laws specialising in AI and technology, he built Khairos AI Comply to translate the AI Act into something a 50-person company can actually do — without retainers, without consultancy theatre, without scary timelines.

Why Khairos exists

The EU AI Act came into force in August 2024. Article 4 — the AI literacy requirement — has been legally binding since February 2025. Enforcement begins August 2026. Most companies have done nothing. The few that have, hired consultants charging €20,000 retainers.

Khairos exists because compliance should not be a luxury good. Our platform delivers everything a regulator will ask for — training, documentation, evidence file, audit — for the price of one consulting day. Built by someone who knows both the law and how to ship software.
